Description
Looking for someone to do labor, errands, and basic management of 3 to 4 real-estate properties. This includes general maintenance, upkeep, paint / drywall, as well as managing other laborers / construction folks.
Should have basic knowledge and understanding of painting, cleaning, electrical, plumbing - a handyperson essentially
Basic finance and book-keeping is great. A little technology proficient is excellent.
Spanish / English would be excellent.
Will need their own car.
Compensation is based on experience, transportation is reimbursed. This is a part time opportunity with flexible schedule and hours as needed.
