Come join me for a 45-minute chakra-aligning and energy clearing sound bath using crystal bowls tuned to the healing frequency, 432 hz. About The Event This event is held at a private home. This home has a cat and a dog that will not be part of the sound healing, but they live in the house (for those who have allergies). The private home provides a really cozy, safe environment for sound healing. You are welcome to come 15 minutes early to set up and get comfrtable. We will open the sound bath by clearing the room with sage and setting our intention. The sound healing part will be 45-minutes and will flow through all of your chakras as I have a full chakra sound bowl set up. I will also provide optional essential oil aroma therapy. After the sound bath, I will give everyone time to collect themselves, journal, and come back into their body.
