I just leased a rehearsal space in a comfortable 10x10.5 room that I'll be using mostly for a avant garde band I'm putting together. I set up a pretty nice jazz kit (vintage Stewart MIJ drums), hi-hat and a crash ride. The it has brand new heads and the hardware is some decent piece together. It's a fine kit for this purpose. If you can commit to at least 6 months, I'm sure we can work out a great rate. As of now, there's tons of availability. Let me know what you're looking for.
