Join the Quilter's Connection for an introductory quilting project. Join the Quilter's Connection (QC), Watertown’s quilt guild, for their series "Connecting Threads: Traditional Quilting to Modern Mayhem." Join Jane Norberg, member of Quilters’ Connection. Make a magic origami folded purse. It’s great for coupons, sewing supplies, a phone and much more. The project is made with two easy seams. This workshop is for participants age 12 and older. The Quilters’ Connection (QC), is bringing an exciting fall to the Watertown Free Library including quilting classes at HATCH, a lecture on November 16, and an exhibit and sale of QC members’ quilts at the library during the month of November. The Watertown Free Public Library extends beyond its walls to connect people to ideas, information, education, creative opportunities, and to each other. While preserving the rich history of Watertown, the Watertown Free Public Library embraces the advancement of library service, inspires personal development, and promotes community.
