Deck the Halls This year, we are proud to present Deck the Halls To-Go, in addition to the traditional Deck the Halls! Deck the Halls To-Go is a way for us to still celebrate the start of the holiday season, and still raise important funds for Hanover Safe Place. The COVID-19 pandemic has affected us all, including victims of domestic and sexual violence in Hanover County. Hanover Safe Place has seen a large increase in requests for services, without an increase in funding for those services. Our aim with Deck the Halls To-Go is to still get festive, while staying socially distant and safe. Proof of Vaccination and Masks will be required while on Pine Grove Farm. We will be hosting the event over the course of 2 days (Saturday December 4, and Sunday December 5). Saturday December 4: Deck the Halls To Go: Guests will purchase tickets for a specific pick-up time, and will be allowed 30 minutes to gather their materials (greens, forms, wire, etc). Guests will then load up their cars, and take the materials home. There will be 10 tickets available for each time slot. Each individual in a group will need to purchase a ticket for the desired time slo. Parking (for Saturday only) will be at Pine Grove Farm, we encourage carpooling for groups with more than one guest. Proof of Vaccination and Masks will be required for each guest. Sunday December 5: Traditional Deck the Halls: Guests will purchase tickets for a 3-hour window on Sunday to create their holiday decorations at Pine Grove Farm, complete with all the things you've loved about Deck the Halls past. There will be 100 tickets per time slot. Each individual in a group will need to purchase a ticket for the desired time slot. Proof of Vaccination and Masks will be required for each guest.
