PEATC is pleased to present our Ready or Not, Here They Grow (in-person) workshop. THIS WORKSHOP IS PRESENTED IN-PERSON. LOCATION: 2112 Grandin Road SW, Roanoke, VA, 24015 __________________________________________________ Every child grows at their own pace and milestones give us a general idea of when to expect certain skills to develop. As parents, it’s important we understand what to look for. In this workshop, we’re going over the basics - - What are milestones and areas of development - Supporting our child’s development - Tips on what to do if there are concerns - Why acting early can make a difference! The Parent Educational Advocacy Training Center (PEATC) is a statewide non-profit organization that strives to empower students and self-advocates to create positive futures for Virginia's children by working collaboratively with families, schools and communities in order to improve opportunities for excellence in education and success in school and community life. Our special focus is children with disabilities.
