Retreat Goal: Living with greater integrity and joy by strengthening the connection with and aligning your body, heart, and mind. When in alignment these three centers connect us to the Universal. Their alignment is increasingly being recognized within spiritual and psychological communities as the doorway to living a life of integrity and joy. The schedule will include time for stillness and deep personal reflection, small group discussion, embodiment practice, and training in tools for staying aligned in daily life. AnnaMaria Signorelli, LCSW, will share insights and techniques developed throughout her career as a psychotherapist and will particularly draw from the successes and explorations of her popular and long-standing Joy groups. Suggested fee is $75, (partial scholarships are available so you can pay between $50 - $75 as needed, and offer more as you are able).
