Duties: Demolition of concrete Digging, building forms, mixing concrete Loading/ unloading trucks Cleanup and maintain job sites Qualifications: Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Must have at least three (3) years construction experience Ability to handle heavy lifting Knowledge of hand tools and power equipment Experience with installation and renovation of in-ground gunite swimming pools & water features a plus Plumbing of pool equipment a plus Organized, forward thinker Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential Mass driver’s license and reliable transportation a must
