Full Time Maintenance Technician for New Luxury Construction

National Real Estate Management Company seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician, for our new construction residential building in Boston. MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance operation of our residential apartment communities; consisting of a 115-units. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: * basic electrical, plumbing and appliance repair skills * performing daily work orders in a timely manner * unit turnovers * painting & drywall repair * basic carpentry * locks & keys * janitorial & grounds upkeep * snow removal Alternating on-call shifts required to address emergencies and snow removal after hours and weekends. Must live within 30 minutes of Boston, MA for on-call and have a valid license and reliable vehicle. The right candidate will be someone who is honest, organized, able to multi-task and who works well with people, both co-workers and residents. Must have a positive attitude, ability to take directions from a Supervisor, and be a highly motivated individual. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Ability to communicate in English both in oral and written communication.
