Responsibilities: -Perform general carpentry from, framing to finish carpentry, proven experience in high end residential construction. -Read plans and perform layout as needed, ensure daily schedule of tasks is on schedule. -Ability to train others and manage sub-contractors. -Daily job logs communicated to PM/ Client Qualifications: -Must Have own truck and tools -7-10 years residential carpentry experience -Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation. -OSHA 10 Preferred -MA CSL License Required or willingness to pursue CSL within 90 days -High standard of integrity and professionalism -Drug free at all times -Clean Driving Record (DMV Record)
