IMPORTANT: SCHEDULE IS SUN,MON,TUE,FRI,SAT - WED/THU OFF- (FULL TIME / 40HRS. PER WEEK) Daylight Savings Time: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday) and 10:00AM to 6:30PM (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). DAILY TASKS Opening Beach • Set-up the beach, unlock and wipe-down lounge chairs • Place umbrellas on POA II beach deck (Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting) • Supply lounges and umbrellas as requested by residents Beach Rules • Generally, enforce all beach rules, this includes: o The general boundary of the POA beach, which is defined by the POA beach signs o Lounges and umbrellas can only be placed where they are in clear sight of the beach attendants (and not close to or in the ocean) o In periods of high demand, such as holidays and special events, each unit should be limited to a maximum of 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas. o Lounges and umbrellas cannot be reserved and when left unattended for more than 1 hour can be removed or given to other residents • Immediately contact security via radio in case of any altercations by residents or public beach goers, in severe cases contact the police directly Beach Hospitality & Safety • Be courteous and helpful at all times • Close or remove umbrellas in case of high winds • Immediately report any accidents via radio to building security Closing the Beach • Store umbrellas and lock the lounges and cabanas • Close and lock beach hut Beach Maintenance • Clean the shower areas and boardwalks of POA I and POA II • Remove any trash and debris from the beach; in front of POA I and POA II and along the two buildings perimeters • Check and stock shower areas of POA I (mineral spirits, paper towels) • Check all trash cans and empty when needed • Wash lounges as needed and trash cans once a week • Clean the POA I and POA II BBQ grills after they are used • Remove any broken furniture from the beach and arrange for repair • Store any extra lounges or beach material in or on the sides of the beach hut (keep the front clear of any such items) • Prepare the beach for any major storms and hurricanes by removing lounge chairs, cabanas and awning and storing them in areas where they will not be damaged Other • Report to the Maintenance Supervisor of POA I • Deviations of the above may occur upon the supervisor’s discretion
