Seed coating company looking for a dependable, hardworking, adaptive individual ready to learn and grow with our company.  Job responsibilities will vary week to week so we are looking for someone flexible, excited to learn and able to face and solve new unique challenges.  The ideal candidate will have some experience handling seed, and driving a forklift however we are willing to train the right candidate.  This is a part time position with room to grow into full time for the right person.  You can expect 25-30 hours a week.  Perfect for seasonal workers, those in school or with a side hustle, or encore career candidates.  Responsibilities will include:  -seed processing -seed coating -greenhouse research -plant handling -forklift operation -material packaging -machine operation -general maintenance -many other miscellaneous warehouse and office duties as needed   Minimum of requirements, highschool degree, must be able to lift 50 lbs, spanish language skills a bonus.  Starting pay will be $15-$20 per hour DOE.   Three Rivers Seed is a young thriving company making its mark on the Treasure Valley seed industry, by focusing on growers needs through innovative seed coating solutions.  Being a part of our team at this stage sets you up to be an influence for good to benefit the ag industry in Idaho for years to come.   Apply today to become part of our team.
