Contracts (Live CE Class) This course will review the most widely used TREC form, the Residential 1-4 Family CONTRACT, and the recently adopted changes to the form. This course teaches the proper use and completion of this form and provides a comprehensive review of the types of other related documents and addenda that accompany it. The course's intent is to provide insight on the importance of using correct forms to ensure a successful transaction for the agent and client.
