Ricci Construction Co, Inc. seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for Supervising exciting complex commercial construction building projects. Candidates must have the following skills and experience: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial construction and supervision on projects from $1M and up to $8M. • Experience that includes all types of commercial, industrial or pharma construction. • Thorough understanding of all applicable building & life safety code requirements. • Ability to schedule and coordinate personnel and subcontractors. • Excellent verbal, written and computer skills. • Must be well organized and energetic. • Must be a person of high integrity, personal commitment and possess a strong work ethic. • OSHA 30 certification preferred. • Lift and scissor platform certification preferred. • All work will be within an hour from the seacoast. • Medical/healthcare insurance available • Project bonuses.
