Two of SLO's favorite local bands — Honeyboys and the Sandspits — are teaming up with Ventura-based indie band Sour Fin to bring you a full night of grooving and dancing at the historic San Luis Obispo Guild Hall at 2880 Broad Street. Honeyboys feature an outrageously catchy mix of funk, pop, and indie to make for an ethereal yet danceable sound. The Sandspits? The happiest, heartiest surf-town-jam-type band you've been missing out on; if they were around twenty years ago they'd be in the Surf's Up soundtrack. Sour Fin is a big blast of soft, poppy alternative goodness; it's stuff that'll touch your heart as much as it'll move your hips.
