The essentials for preparing for a positive birth. Led by Family First doulas in a small group setting. We are happy to offer in-person birth preparation meetings exclusively for our doula clients and their birth partners! This gathering is just like the prenatal meeting, only instead of on Zoom it's in-person, and with EXTRAS! At our gathering space in downtown Wheaton, you'll meet other expecting families, talk through birth options, practice labor positions, and maybe even go home with a few goodies.
