Our Coach By ColorĀ® training system delivers real-time, color-coded biofeedback digitally to each class participant. Coach By ColorĀ® has five colored training zones: white, blue, green, yellow and red. These zones and technology allow the coach to meet you at your current fitness level so each rider in class is coached through a ride personalized for them. Please speak to a fitness concierge or trainer to be sure your bike's difficulty level is set accurately for you.
