Join us for our 50th year hosting our Christmas arts and crafts show! As in years past, admission is $5 at the door (cash only) for our event on Sat. Dec. 4th. We are excited to offer for the first time the alternative to purchase a ticket in advance through Eventbrite. Your ticket will be scanned at door that day for admission. As a charitable donation, this ticket is not refundable. Our 120+ carefully selected vendors restock their handmade items throughout the day making any hour great to join us for our juried show. 100% of our event proceeds support college scholarships and numerous organizations in and around the Plainfield, IN community. Plainfield Tri Kappa is a not for profit organization supporting Charity, Culture and Education. ASSUMPTION OF RISK FOR COVID-19. As the person using this ticket to attend Plainfield Tri Kappa Gingerbread Christmas, I am fully aware of the contagious nature of the 2019 novel coronavirus disease (“COVID-19”), including that it, and new variants of COVID-19, continues to spread in central Indiana despite the efforts and guidance from public health authorities to contain it. I understand the risk that I may be exposed to or contract COVID-19 by attending the event. I understand and acknowledge that such exposure or infection may result in serious illness, personal injury, permanent disability, death, or property damage. I acknowledge that this risk may result from or be compounded by the actions, omissions, or negligence of others, including members of Tri Kappa, other attendees, artists, or vendors present at the event. I understand that Plainfield Tri Kappa cannot guarantee that I will not be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while at the event which may increase my risk of contracting COVID-19. I acknowledge that I have taken all reasonable precautions and safety measures that I believe to be necessary for my attendance at the event and will continue to take reasonable and appropriate precautions to protect myself and others. If I have purchased tickets for others to attend the event, I acknowledge that I have notified such other persons of this Assumption of Risk and have discussed its contents with them. If I am the parent or legal guardian of a minor or other person in my care, I am accepting and assuming the risks of COVID-19 for that person. If I am holding any tickets for the use of another non-minor party to attend the event, I have been authorized by such party to accept this Assumption of Risk on such party’s behalf and hereby accept the Assumption of Risk as authorized by such party.NOTWITHSTANDING THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19, SOME OF WHICH REMAIN UNKNOWN, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY ATTENDING THE EVENT WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE POTENTIAL RISK INVOLVED. AS A CONDITION OF ATTENDING AND BY ATTENDING THE FAIR EVENTS, I HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO COVID-19 OF PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DISABILITY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO MY BEING AT, COMING TO, AND GOING FROM THE FAIR EVENTS.
