Help give your baby the best start in life with Infant Massage- join us to learn fun and simple ways to soothe and connect with your baby! Current research demonstrates that early bonding and attachment with our infants have lifelong benefits for health and wellness. Come join Sue Ford, pediatric occupational therapist, reiki master and certified infant massage educator in this infant massage series to deepen your understanding of infant cues and increase communication with your infant. Utilizing nurturing touch and infant massage techniques, infants and their parents/caregivers will teach each other calming strategies, communication of need, strategies for gas/colic/sleep and tools to increase bonding and attachment that can be utilized in a variety of settings and situations.
