This event is open to all Squad Coaches & Above that have attained this rank between January 2020 - December 2021. The S&D Reunion will start with a Friday afternoon session on January 7 and then a full day of training on Saturday, January 8 at the San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront in Burlingame, CA. There will be 3 additional events beginning Friday, January 7 that Ambassadors will be invited to attend if they qualify. Please see qualifications below for each outside event. I expressly agree, acknowledge and understand that I shall be participating in Stella & Dot’s S&D Reunion 2022 (the “Event”) activities at my own risk that may be hazardous and/or may subject me to everyday risk to which I am unaccustomed and/or exposure to other individuals working in close proximity (including, but not limited to, risk of contracting a coronavirus, e.g., COVID-19, etc.) (individually and collectively “Activity(ies)”). I freely and knowingly consent to and acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this/these Activity(ies) with full and complete knowledge of the potential risks and dangers involved in said Activity(ies) and agree to accept and assume any and all risks of any nature whatsoever of personal and emotional injury (including, but not limited to, contracting a coronavirus, e.g., COVID-19, etc.). I also explicitly acknowledge, agree and understand that I am knowingly volunteering to participate in Activity(ies). I assert that I understand the potential negative impacts that the Activity(ies) and Event may have on my health (and potentially the health risks to any hair, dependent, spouse or significant other); and I understand and acknowledge that Stella & Dot is materially relying on this assertion in connection with the Event and/or the Activity(ies). By participating in the Event, I freely and knowingly consent to the waivers, releases, and indemnities set forth in this Release and any other agreement that I have executed or may execute in the future in connection with the Event. All attendees of the Event must be vaccinated or have a negative COVID-19 test result, no more than seventy-two (72) hours before attending the Event. Attendees must adhere to all current state and local ordinances, regulations, and any other applicable laws and guidelines regarding attending private events. Attendees must provide evidence to Stella & Dot or the Hotel of vaccinations or negative COVID-19 tests upon request. Further, I hereby consent to Stella & Dot providing such evidence of vaccination or my negative COVID-19 test result to the Hotel on my behalf.
