A comprehensive seminar aimed at educating the community, and offer support to those affected by kidney disease and transplantation. We are excited to bring you our educational program back in person ! Living with Kidney Disease and Transplantation is a comprehensive seminar that aims to educate attendees, and offer support to those affected by or at risk for kidney disease, individuals on dialysis, people waiting for a kidney transplant and those who have already been transplanted, along with their family members and caregivers. In these comprehensive seminars, you will hear from experts discuss current kidney health which may include: Nutrition and kidney friendly food choicesKidney transplant Dialysis optionsEmotional support and wellnessManaging kidney disease Presenters are happy to be resources, and are more than willing to discuss any questions that were not covered in the program.  Breakfast and lunch are both offered free of charge. We hope you will join us in the upcoming Winter 2021 Living with Kidney Disease and Transplantation.
