Volunteers come together to collect litter and abandoned debris in various neighborhoods throughout the City. The effort demonstrates that Hayward cares about the community and that littering is not accepted. These events provide Hayward residents with an opportunity to make a real and significant difference in their neighborhoods, connect with their neighbors, qualify for community service hours, and learn about money saving Green City programs available.
