Understanding our learner profiles supports parents and children to be better advocates in their learning spaces. During this session, caregivers and children will listen to a story and begin to name aspects of their own learner profile. Each session will feature a new story shared to help them identify aspects of their learner profile. This activity is geared towards children in kindergarten to 4th grade and their caregivers but all are welcome. At Spelligent, the Learner Profile is a key part of our school model. This session will help us gather information on how we might best introduce the Learner Profile to our future students and their caregivers. This session also provides information to caregivers about particular aspects of the learning environment or resources available that can be used for your child at home or at school as they learn.
