November 16, 2021 come out for Giving Tuesday Yoga w/ Namaste for Compassion. 530pm-730pm, yoga will start at 6pm (45-60 minute yoga flow) Donation based & free event: 100% of the donations made at the event will go towards Uplift Family Services. Uplift Family Services is a nonprofit providing the community with therapeutic services of all ages. Most of the people the agency serves are the undeserved and those who can't afford services on their own. During this time of year, they give the families food and items needed to have a Thanksgiving meal so the families do not have to worry about where and what they'll need to do in order to celebrate. They give the families a peace of mind and the ability to focus on their other physiological needs.
