Metal Shop Worker Lone Star Roof Systems installs all types of roofing systems with a strict adherence to quality, honesty, service and professionalism. We strive to provide home-owners, contractors and builders with PEACE OF MIND knowing their project will exceed manufacturers’ specifications and be completed in a timely manner. We are continuing to grow our business, and are looking to add a Metal Shop Worker to our team. The Metal Shop Worker will be responsible for: • Assisting the Shop Foreman with fabrication of metal for roofing projects. • Fabrication of metal using roll-former, sheet metal brake, and metal shear. • Assisting Shop Foreman with roof repairs. • Operation of forklift for loading and unloading job materials. • Delivery of materials to job sites. • Organization of shop area. Requirements for this position: • Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops, both sloped and flat. • Professionalism at all times while representing the company. • Ability to pass drug tests, as well as criminal and motor vehicle background checks.
