Join our largest volunteer event of 2021. We are collaborating with The Drawing Board to host our annual winter donation drive. “No one is useless in this world who lightens the burdens of another.” It's that time of the year again and giving back is essential to our values at Women of Worth. We will prepare to deliver care packages filled with essential items to those in need. We are excited to announce that this year we will be complimenting these packages with jackets and blankets for the winter months ahead. Our goal is to create 200+packages that will be delivered to the homeless and church organizations downtown. We will meet at The Drawing Board in Richardson to prepare the packages as a community. We will be accepting donations from now until Thursday, November 18th. How can you help? We are in need of the following items: -Jackets -Blankets -Hats -Gloves -Scarves -Non-Perishable Snacks - Water - Baby Wipes - Deodorant - Tissues - Lip Balm - Hand Towels - Durable socks - Bandages (Band-Aids) - Rain ponchos - Notes of encouragement (loving, uplifting) You can drop these donation items at: 1900 Jay Ell Drive Richardson, Texas 75081 If you would like to participate but are unable to attend the event, you can also purchase a donation ticket for the cause.
