Description

Come meet the Girl Scouts at the park for s'mores and Girl Scout fun! This free event is intended for girls who are not yet members of Girl Scouts but would like to get started on their journey. This event is targeted at families who have current Kindergarten through 5th grade who reside in or attend schools in central Redding area of Shasta County (for example elementary schools from Enterprise Elementary School District) We can’t wait to meet you and your girls at our event! Volunteers and staff from Girl Scouts of Northern California will be available to answer any questions you may have about Girl Scouts and getting involved. Our goal at the evet will be to sign up volunteers to form new troops to serve the Enterprise Elementary schools and surrounding neighborhoods in Redding, and of course to eat smores and have fun! Can’t make it? Please still RSVP and select can't attend so that we can keep you in the loop. COVID Safety: This is an outdoor event, so while masks are not required, they are strongly suggested. Please note that we will be following all current state and local guidelines and CDC protocols regarding social distancing and masking when necessary. We will also ensure that all shared items (pens, markers, etc.) will be sanitized between uses. Questions!
