Position: Service Repair Individuals SRI - The position is for single or paired turnover/repair individuals to handle the following tasks: Visit properties to determine condition and complete list of necessary repairs. Complete the necessary repairs and turnovers for each of the assigned jobs. Photograph before and after the completion of each Job. Probation Period is 2 weeks Then converted to employee Pay Rate: $14-17/Hour paid on the 1st and 15th of every month (1 paycheck in the rears) Job Requirements: Interior/Exterior Painting (focus on interior) Sheetrock Repair/Installation Taping/Floating Flooring Install/Repairs General Handy work (replace blinds, fix doors, install door hardware) Basic Plumbing Skills Meet I-9 Requirements Clean Background Current Driver's License Phone number to call or Text 713-598-6330
