Small dog needs a good home

We can no longer keep our dogs because our landlord wants them removed from the property immediately. There is one small male dog that looks like a Portuguese Podengo (actual breed unknown). Our dog has all his shots, will come with 6 months of heartworm medication and 1 month of food as well as some toys, a harness and leash, and treats. He is potty trained and neutered, and he is mostly well behaved but can be excitable around other dogs. We're asking for $15 to rehome him, however the price is negotiable. Can meet almost anywhere in the greater Houston area or at least meet you halfway somewhere.
