FREE Holiday Family Festival Come to the FREE Holiday Family Festival on Saturday, December 4 from Noon to 3 p.m. Santa will arrive on the Holiday Express Train and listen to children’s wishes and pose with them for parent picture-taking. Families can ride on the Holiday Express Train and Santa’s elves will be making balloon creations. Children, ages 12 and younger, can make a holiday decoration at the craft station. A magical snow will fall at 1, 2 and 3 p.m. All Holiday Family Festival activities are FREE. Marketing
