can anyone recommend a group calendar for bands?

Anyone that's done logistics for planning band rehearsals knows that by the time there are 5 or 6 people to coordinate it's a nightmare. I know about online calendars like Google Calendar, and Calendly, and TeamSnap which as far as I know don't do what is really needed. What is really needed is: band leader sends an alert or request: "guys, we need a 2.5 hour rehearsal next week on either Thurs, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. If weekday either late afternoon or early evening. If weekend either early or late afternoon, or evening. Please provide at least 3 available slots." each member of band blocks out some timeslots, and every band member and band leader can see everyone's choices on a calendar. Does anyone know if such a thing exists? Preferably free version. p.s. Yes, I know some of you will say, "Dude, just have a standing day and time". But that's not always possible.
