PLEASE READ THE DETAILS OF THIS FIELD TRIP CAREFULLY. EACH FIELD TRIP HAS UNIQUE GUIDELINES FOR AGES, NUMBER OF CHAPERONES, ETC. NO REFUNDS! Heartland High School presents our winter dance, the Snow Ball. The Snow Ball will be held at the historic Noriega House in Bakersfield. This outdoor event will include dancing, lawn games, light refreshments and photo opportunities. It is open to Heartland High School students. Students can bring a guest from another high school with a signed waiver. Tickets are $40 per student. Tickets cannot be purchased with educational funds and are nonrefundable. Heartland HST's will be chaperones. Parents are not invited to chaperone or stay for the dance. Parents must complete this waiver and email it to Jeanette Redstone at [email protected]. Your student may not be dropped off unless this waiver is completed. **To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.***Masks will be required for all indoor field trips per California state guidelines.Please read our refund policy! Refunds will not be given. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher that planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you. You may not send a different family in your place as we will not have a waiver for them. Can I pay using my funds? NO. Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? This event is for high school students only. What are the check-in procedures? Students will check in with a teacher at the gate before entering the dance. Students cannot be left unless their parents have signed a drop off waiver. Is there on-site parking available? This is a drop off event. Parents can drop their students off in front of the venue. Students who drive themselves can park along the street in front of and alongside the venue. Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip?
