Dependable Maintenance Technician needed for Metro Detroit Property Management Company based in Mt. Clemens.
Responsibilities include repairs, up-keep, and renovations of both residential and commercial properties we manage.
Requirements:
High School Diploma
1 Year experience is a plus!
Must have own tools
Vehicle required (with valid drivers license)
Starting at $15 an hour plus mileage.
