Email Resume to Apply! Advocate Construction is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Technician to perform a variety of maintenance, repairs and roofing-related services. Duties and Responsibilities: -Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair procedures. -Able to do basic computer work -Communicate with customers -Estimate materials and labor required to complete roofing jobs. -Prepare and collect invoices. -Look for other necessary repairs, i.e., gutters, windows, etc. -Follow all safety procedures. Skills Coordination - Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions. Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Operation and Control - Controlling operations of equipment or systems. Ability to climb ladders and walk on all types of roofs. Able to fix any problems with a roofing system Requirements Valid Driver's License Pass Background Check Industry experience preferred 1-year minimum Full-time, $50,000 *negotiable based on experience and credentials, W2 Health, Dental, Vision coverage available 401K with company match Vacation Days
