Annually The Blue Heart Foundation selects and celebrates accomplishments of those that change lives in our communities.  Never doing it for the spotlight but to share their love and passion making the world a better place. 2021 Award winners are being announced from June through the month of November 2021 Community Activists of the Year 2021 Administrative Activists of the Year 2021 Shining Star - "Former Foster youth that has graduated and is an advocate for others and role model to their community." 2021 Guardian Scholar - "Former Foster youth and current student that is an advocate for others and role model to their community." 2021 D4 - Game Changer Award - Awarded to a person that works to make their community a better place. 2021 Man of the Year 2021 Father of the Year 2021 Legacy Award Recipient Each of these community members touch the lives of local youth and providing The Class of 2022 will serve as your emcees. They will share their accomplishments of successful relationships as HEART members. Sharing their dreams as they move towards higher education. Our hope is to inspire the next generation to reach for their highest potential and pursue their educational goals. So with testimonials, heartfelt giving, the appreciation for education, the Annual Christmas breakfast is always an event that lasts in the memories of all! We are a completely 501(c)3 non-profit organization benefiting underserved children of our community and foster youth.
