Holiday Food Demonstration with Wine Pairing
Join us for an evening of food and wine as Chef Trudy (executive chef of Indigenous Underground) offers unique holiday foods paired with wines that will not break the budget, but harmonize oh so well together. All selected by wine aficionado Annemarie Humm of Vine to Wine Academy. Watch Chef prepare a food course in front of your eyes and learn about the vineyard sites and wines from around the world during this months series of Indigenous Food Travels. Each participant will indulge in a three course holiday meal paired with three selected wines.
