We unfortunately have to give up our red heeler, Honey, to another family. She has had two litters of puppies and has become extremely aggressive towards our other female puppy. She also had become aggressive towards her own puppies and had refused to nurse them unless we hold her down. Her current puppies are almost ready to go in about four weeks and should be weened shortly. We are looking for a family who is adventurous and likes to take hikes, go throw a tennis ball for her, and run around and play. She is a bad mother and should not have anymore puppies. She also tends to be very anxious and needs a environment that she can relax in and be loved on. She’s only two and still has a lot of puppy energy. We really want to find her a good home and make sure the family who takes her is a proper fit so the process may take a while especially since there is still four weeks before her pups are ready to leave. There is a small rehoming fee associated.
