This training will incorporate Ladder Companies performing ventilation with chainsaws or cut-off saws in full PPE. Please join the EV Regional Ladder Training Committee for the next quarterly training - Putting it All Together - Hosted by Chandler Fire. We will be performing the following cuts on Chandler's commercial & residential roof props: Pull back commercialLouver cuts panelized roofTrench with & against construction7/12 pitch roof cut from a ladder2 sessions per day (0900-1200 & 1330-1630) on the following dates: Dec. 10th, 17thJan. 7th, 14th, 21st, 28thFeb. 4th, 11th, 18th, 25thAdditional Information: 5 Ladders per session - due to risk management & instructor to FF ratioThere will be 6-8 instructors Trucks should park near the ventilation props and be prepared to go to work upon arrival.A quick safety briefing will be conducted with each crew prior to performing vent cuts.
