Our first offering in the Time & Oak series is a feisty and robust English Barley Wine. A sweet molasses viscosity peaks your senses at the start, then satisfying Bourbon and oak offer a slight dryness followed by a warming sensation reminding you of its time in a Heaven Hill barrel. Each bottle is hand filled, labeled with precision, wax dipped and patiently sealed with a Cuckoo Clock as an ode to the craftsmanship required for this labor of love.
