SOMERVILLE, MA — Tuesday night, more than 30 percent of registered voters in Somerville turned out to cast votes for mayor, city council, and some school committees. Katjana Ballantyne, city councilor for Ward 7, won the mayoral race over her colleague Will Mbah, councilor-at-large. Ballantyne won by 3,271 votes.
