Stacking Broken concrete into a wall and some dirt moving

Need one or two people to stack broken concrete into a new retaining wall. Must have an ability to make the rows level and look professional. I have tools. Also will probably need help moving dirt. Need shoes that dirt will be sticking to. Pictures show pile of Concrete to be stacked, location to be done and a picture of the style of wall to be built. No Flakes or Druggies. Ready to start as soon as 9 AM November 4th.
