PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN — A "house party" celebrating music is on its way back to Park Slope this week. The Brooklyn Conservatory of Music will kick off its annual House Party fundraising event this Thursday, bringing a series of performances and other experiences to its Seventh Avenue brownstone and the surrounding streets. The indoor-outdoor party will include more than 100 performers, food, drinks and "special surprises" between 7 and 10 p.m., according to organizers. Funds raised through the event will benefit the conservatory's programs, including music education and therapy offered across the five boroughs. Here's what you need to know: WHAT: The Brooklyn Conservatory of Music's (BKCM) 2021 House Party will be an indoor-outdoor benefit taking place throughout every story of BKCM's gorgeous Park Slope home, including the outdoor gardens and neighboring streets. Guests will enjoy more than 100 performers, unique experiences, plus food, drinks, and special surprises.
