Steady, reliable “jack of all trades” person needed for site maintenance at various multi-unit property locations in south Bay Area. Will be part of the maintenance division of a growing property management firm based in San Jose, with portfolio of managed properties in Santa Clara, San Mateo and Alameda Counties. Will be responsible for a variety of maintenance work at multiple locations. Must be able to work from ladders (gutter cleaning), lift at least 50 pounds, perform carpentry and touch-up painting, perform minor electrical repairs (change bulbs, ballasts, photo cells, diagnose lighting/electrical issues), fence repair and installations, concrete grinding and replacement, pressure washing, etc. Must be able to speak and write English. Will use and operate a company truck and equipment, so a clean DMV record is required. Must maintain excellent relations with residents. Computer skills (email and work order documentation) a plus. Full time only – 40+ hours per week. $30.00 per hour plus full medical, dental, chiropractic, PTO, paid holidays, and 401k with Company match, SIGNING BONUS '
