We are a Staging company located in Concord CA. We specialize in staging homes throughout the Contra Costa, Tri Valley areas. We are looking to add to our diverse Staging Team. The ideal candidate would be someone willing to carry totes/furniture when needed, hang art & arrange/place furniture onsite. Candidate must be an energetic, team player who takes initiative and who would enjoy preparing residential homes for the growing real estate market. Candidate must be able to think outside the box & be excellent at multitasking * This position is VERY PHYSICALLY demanding REQUIREMENTS: -CAN MOVE FURNITURE/ARRANGE FURNITURE ON-SITE -BEND, SQUAT, LIFT AND CLIMB STAIRS -LEARN TO HANG ART ON-SITE -Self-motivated -Works well as part of a TEAM -Personable -Flexible and can-do attitude -The aptitude to create aesthetically pleasing environments -Communicate well with others RESPONSIBILITIES: -Preparation of the Box Truck: load appropriate art, lamps, and accessories for each job -Unloading the truck after each job -Maintain the teams staging area by keeping it orderly and organized ***Valid CA driver’s license & proof of Insurance; willingness to drive Cargo Van/ Box Truck (truck license is NOT needed) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
