If you are a producer with great customer service skills we pay up to $45 per hour! General Technicians can make up to $36 per hour and Master Technicians can make up to $45 per hour. - We also work on modern cars so need to be able to work on all years and types of cars. POTENTIAL BENEFITS: - Additional benefits include medical insurance, - 7 paid holidays a year, and 2 weeks paid time off per year. Check out the website to see what cars you would be working on. www.proautoshowroom.com JOB DESCRIPTION and REQUIREMENTS: • You must have tools to work on all types of cars. • Service Work/remove and replace • Assist fellow technicians/mechanics in performing repairs. • Perform inspections on all types of vehicles. • Maintain an organized and neat working environment at all times. • Diagnostic • Fabrication experience a plus • Restoration experience a plus • Electrical Diagnosis/repair • Engine rebuilding a plus • Transmission rebuilding a plus • Welding skills a plus • Must be computer literate. • Dress code is all black always • Non smoker • Team player • Must be able to pass drug test: Marijuana OK. • Must be able to multi task! • Requirements: • Solid Mechanical Skills • Knowledge of OBDII • ASE Certs. is a plus • 2+ years mechanic experience in an automobile repair environment. • 2+ years welding & fabrication experience A plus. • Vehicle body work and paint experience preferred but not required. • Self-motivated, detailed and organized. • Experience keeping parts & tool inventory. • Can lift 50lbs. • Spanish speaking a plus but not required. • Exceptional customer service and communication skills (both written and oral). Must read/write in English. • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, highly organized, self-motivated and a team player. • Can read vehicle schematics. • SAE Certification preferred. • Must be dependable and trustworthy. • Clean driving record a plus. • Strong computer skills preferred. • High School diploma or equivalent. • Must have tools. • Must have resume and references. • Self starter. • Excellent communicator and problem solver. • Someone motivated that knows what quality work looks like. • MUST BE ABLE TO KEEP A VERY CLEAN WORK ENVIRONMENT!
