The latest book features 351 pages and over 185 photos contained in 51 new Medfield stories; included is the history of the Dale Street and Wheelock schools, it gives the official name of the Dale Street School (which most in town don't know), it tells why the Ralph Wheelock name was given to the Elm Street school, and lots more. Bring the book with you to town meeting, makes great reading during long debates.
Stop by, this Saturday, November 6th from 10:00-12:00 noon at the Dwight-Derby House on Frairy Street where Richard will be holding a book signing. This Old Town, On the Banks of the Charles will be on sale at the cost of $20. (Acceptable forms of Payment are Check or Venmo )
If you are unable to make the book signing this Saturday, books may be purchased by mailing a check for $20 per book made out to: This Old Town, 65 Shields Road, Mashpee, Ma 02649, include your return mailing address and who you want the booked signed for. (add an additional $4 for the cost of mailing).
