We’re a newly formed punk band looking to share a rehearsal space. Our budget is about $400 a month. We’re all pretty clean and orderly, and are mostly working with smaller combo amps and a 4 piece drum set. Looking for a place in the Oakland/Berkeley/Emeryville area, but are willing to travel a bit as long as it’s in the east bay.
