Mature female w/ excellent credit seeks newer, AFFORDABLE, QUIET, LONG-TERM rental in safe area. Extremely neat / clean / very quiet. Non-smoker. No current pets. Don't necessarily need to move immediately so can consider an apt. that will be available within 2-4 months. Need cable / internet access, washer / dryer in apt. or on-site, off-street parking, some storage, tub in bathroom, linen closet w/ample closet space overall, windows with blinds already installed and A/C already in place. Would prefer place with no one living over me or on the bedroom wall side if at all possible. I'm good to have around as I watch out for things and am a helpful tenant as well.
