TOWSON, MD — A train garden is under construction in the Shops at Kenilworth. Each year the display attracts onlookers to the first floor of the shopping center during the holiday season. Model trains are one part of the installation, which also includes landmarks and characters. For 2021, the holiday train garden will be up and running Nov. 20 to Jan. 9, 2022.
