EAST HAVEN, CT —After technical difficulties stalled the release of Connecticut's Nov. 2 municipal election results Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, the Secretary of State's public reporting has now released all the results for all the races. Here are the East Haven results, with the winners in bold. Mayor *Democrat Joseph A.
